CariBeat Events was conceptualized more than a decade ago by Founder and President, Luis McSween. A renowned event design professional, Luis lead the Event Design, Planning and Project Management for Governments and major corporations for several years, before deciding to launch CariBeat Events. Luis’ diverse career in event planning and management displays extensive cross-functionality and spans major golf tournaments, aviation conferences, fund raising events for United Way and Friends of the Orphans, a non-profit organization which manages 8 orphanages in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to forming LVM Enterprises, Luis was a Senior Director with US Airways, one of the largest airlines in the US and held responsibility for Event Planning and Management, Customer Relations, New Market Development and Operations. Luis is also an architect, which accounts for his exceptional talent in stage design and he is fluent in Spanish.
