Carmen L. Shippy is President and COO of VM STARS Consulting, LLC. She is an experienced result-based leader and change expert management consultant with over twenty years of global growth experience in the 3, “L’s” Leading, Learning and Listening, 3 “I’s” Information, Initiative, and Independence, and 2,“T’s” in Teaching and Training in companies, profit and not-for-profit that she has worked with. Mrs. Shippy has held positions as CEO and COO and directed several successful fund-raising events.

Mrs. Shippy has managed the build-out of several company's infrastructure, developed an effective team to develop business and market to the Federal Government and to the Military, by identifying opportunities to maximize the company's return on investment. She carved-out programs for direct opportunities and co-opportunities in individual companies. She has started four companies in 4 different countries and marketed the company’s services to Fortune 500 Hundred corporations and won contracts in Executive Leadership, International Culture Affairs and Restructuring Organizational Infrastructure.

Mrs. Shippy’s education is in Information Systems, Industrial Technology, International Marketing and Finance and advance studies in subjects such as Difficult Business Conversations, Organizational Behavior, Business Negotiations and Law Relations.
